I Templari is a B&B in a historic mansion in the center of Brindisi, Apulia Region, on the Southern Italian coast.
The nineteenth-century building that houses it, infact, incorporates the '' Hospital of San Martino ", from XII century; in the main residence were found architectural engravings and testimonies made by pilgrims who embarked from the port of Brindisi for Jerusalem. On demand, you can visit the main residence, where I live.
Reviewed by Lonely Planet Puglia since 2015, the structure offers two independent, peaceful and sunny accommodations for a total of 7 beds.
In Loft, about 50 sqm, can stay 2 people, with the possible addition of a third single bed in the large bedroom.
In Suite, about 55 sqm, can stay a person or a group up to 4 people.
In Suite it is born a form of book sharing for the presence of my library, with books on itineraries, stories and architectures of Brindisi, Salento and the Itria Valley, art books and essays, novels and magazines. Guests sometimes leave their books on the shelves of the library, including mine.
